Why is committing to daily practice of yoga a such a challenge? Keep the commitment so small it is doable. Make everything you do a yoga practice. Make a deadly pact: If I don't do yoga today, I have to do something so drastic it would not be worth missing yoga practice, such as I have to do yoga today or I will have to do xyz (fill in the blank with something awful that you really do not want to do). Keep a daily yoga log journal (harder than it sounds).
